All available workshop units have individual access pedestrian doors, together with fully insulated wide slat roller shutters for vehicular access. Ceilings are insulated with translucent panels with walls of block, brick or stud partitioning. Floors are concrete with a painted finish for cleanliness and optimum appearance.

Most workshops have their own office space.

All Workshop units  have a metered electricity supply and charges are made for  insurance and heating.

Local authority rates are payable direct by the occupier.
